Fees
THERE IS NO ATTORNEY FEE UNLESS I WIN YOUR CASE.
There is no charge for meeting with me for the first time to discuss your claim.
If I win your case the attorney fee is on a contingency fee basis, which means I only receive an attorney fee if I win your case. If I win your case the attorney fee is 25% of the backpay that you and your family receive OR $7200, whichever is the lesser amount. Usually the Social Security Administration will hold the attorney fee out of your backpay and send it to me and send you the difference.
In addition to the attorney fee, we will ask that you pay us back for any medical records that we ordered for your case. This is usually less than $100.00 total.
